Solid industrial build! The dual piston pump raises my truck to full height in just a few strokes. The low profile front slides easily under my wife’s sedan too. Highly recommended for home mechanics.

Rubber saddle pad prevents any frame scratches

Appreciate the included rubber pad on the saddle and foam handle guard. It protects the pinch welds and bumper completely. Rolls smoothly on garage floor casters.

Everything you need to know about the Tank Tough 3 Ton Floor Jack (TT2023-1).

What is the maximum weight capacity of this floor jack?

The Tank Tough TT2023-1 floor jack features a heavy-duty rated capacity of 3 Tons (6,000 lbs), making it powerful enough for sedans, SUVs, crossovers, light-duty trucks, and sports cars.

What are the minimum and maximum lifting heights?

It features a low-profile entry height that easily slides under low-clearance vehicles, with a lifting range extending up to approximately 19.5 inches (500 mm) to provide ample workspace for wheel changes and underbody maintenance.

How fast does it lift vehicles?

Equipped with a dual-piston quick-lift hydraulic pump system, the jack reaches full lifting height in significantly fewer pumps compared to standard single-piston floor jacks.

Does it include protective features for vehicle underbodies?

Yes, the rotating saddle comes with a thick rubber pad cushion to prevent scratches, denting, or damage to pinch welds and frame rails. Additionally, the lower handle features a protective foam bumper to safeguard your vehicle's paintwork.

What safety features are built into the hydraulic system?

The hydraulic system is engineered with an integrated safety overload valve that prevents the jack from being used beyond its rated 3-ton capacity, ensuring operator and vehicle protection.

Is the jack easy to maneuver around garage floors?

Yes, it is designed with rear 360-degree swivel casters and wide steel front rollers, allowing for smooth positioning and stability across concrete workshop floors and driveways.

Is this floor jack suitable for lowered or low-clearance cars?

Yes, its ultra-low stance design fits under most sports cars and modified lowered vehicles without needing additional wooden ramps or elevated blocks.

Can I rely solely on the floor jack while working under a car?

No. For maximum safety, always support the lifted vehicle with properly rated jack stands before crawling underneath or performing maintenance work. Hydraulic jacks are meant for lifting, not long-term holding.

How should I maintain the floor jack for long life?

Keep the hydraulic ram clean and free of dirt or debris, periodically lubricate the pivot joints and caster wheels, and check the hydraulic oil level according to the instruction manual.

What comes in the box?

The package includes the Tank Tough 3 Ton Hydraulic Floor Jack Unit (TT2023-1), 2-piece high-leverage pumping handle with foam bumper pad, rubber saddle pad, and user safety manual.

Tank Tough Heavy-Duty Build. Reliable Garage Performance. Always use hydraulic floor jacks on flat, level surface and pair with jack stands before performing under-vehicle service.
